Trainee Engineers induction program follows below criteria;

  • HR department will collect potential CVs of fresh graduates from reputable institutions and will compile record for short listing.
  • CVs of fresh graduates of HEC recognized universities having required academic qualifications i.e. B.E Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics/Electrical will be short listed for written test/Interview.
  • After written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  • Interview panel will carry out detailed evaluation of shortlisted candidate based on academic qualification, written test and interview.
  • List of Final shortlisted candidates shall be forwarded for management approval.
  • Information to selected candidates will be processed.
  • Medical test of final candidates shall be carried out.
  • After successful medical tests offer letter will be issued.
  • The period of training will be one year.
  • The trainee will only be considered for permanent job on the availability of vacancy and on the basis of his overall performance during the year.
